Zoom Workouts Week of 5/18
Group workouts help keep you motivated and accountable. Players will work on stick work, wall ball, footwork, and sprint workouts. Workouts are on Monday/Wednesday/Saturday with time frames for various skill levels. This is a great way to fine tune your skills and stay in shape while at home. These training will incorporate both lacrosse and at home body and sprint workouts. This subscription will get you access to all the workouts for the week. If you miss a session, you will receive the video and write up of the workout for you to complete when it is convenient.
Week overview:
Monday:
3:45 pm Stick work ONLY beginner
4:15 pm Body Workout and & stick work (All levels)
Wednesday:
4:15pm Body & sprint workout (All Levels)
Saturday:
11 am Wall ball Beginner/Intermediate
11:30 am Sprint workout (All Levels)
12pm Wall ball Advance/Intermediate
